Alon's Bakery has opened a a new location at Permiter Mall area. It's described as offering "the same array of artisan, house-made products [as the Highland store] including some new surprises to create an incredible bakery market experience." We helped Alon's obtain those alcoholic beverage licenses it needs to operate in the cutting-edge concept of offering retail package sales and consumption on premises: have a glass of wine with your mini-cheese danish, then buy the bottle and a beef tenderloin with port demi-glace -- to go!
